The Jaycee Shelter is located north of the North Lake on Hwy #238.  The enclosed shelter includes a kitchenette (with electric), stove, sink, refrigerator, and bathroom facilities.  The total capacity of the Jaycee Shelter is 120 people.  The shelter is equipped with picnic tables both inside and the outside covered picnic area.  The site has an 18-hole disc golf course, skateboard jumps/rails, tennis courts, basketball courts nearby, bicycle and walking trails, and playground equipment.  The total parking lot capacity is approximately 50 vehicles.
