10-day Peddling License Concern

Attention City Residents:

 

There are two male individuals who properly obtained a 10-day peddling license (from 9/10/24 – 9/20/24) through the city. We’ve experienced concerns from residents stating these peddlers were needing credit card and or personal information to obtain solar credits on their Xcel Energy Bill. These solicitors are working for a 3rd party vendor selling subscriptions to a Community Solar Garden with off-setting production credits that would be reflected on a subscriber’s electric bill.
