Rental Property

Pursuant to City Ordinance #65, Housing, Maintenance, and Occupancy for the City of Albany, no person shall operate rental property in the City of Albany without first filing a registration statement with the City Clerk/Adm. and securing a valid rental license from the City.

For new rental license applications, please call 845-4244 or visit City Hall to receive a blank application.
